Hello, everyone. Welcome back to the Unity Code podcast. I'm your host, as always, Nicole. And today I want to talk about the difference between your incarnation, your highest self, and your soul. And this was such a great request from my studentslash friend Christina, which means that there is something that I need to uncover because I always learn as I talk and process. And that is what I do with all of you who are on this podcast. So it's going to be educational and also a little bit of me learning along the way in this podcast. And it's so interesting because I thought I had these definitions down. Like as recently as last week, I thought I had these definitions down. And yet, Spirit continues to grow and evolve and push my understanding of these topics in ways that I never expected. So I'm going to talk about the evolution of maybe what uh what I used to think. I think what most people think about the spirit, um, the higher self, the your incarnation, I want to call that the spirit, but it's

Defining The Three Big Terms

not. Um, your incarnation, your higher self, and your soul. Because I think there is a lot of misinformation out there about what's what. And I there's a lot of like people using different, you know, different words for the same thing, and vice versa, the same thing with different words. And it does get very, very confusing. So, very simply stated, and I'm gonna say what I think is the most common definition for these, and then I'm gonna totally throw one of them out the window and I'll I'll explain why. So, your incarnation, who you are listening to this podcast episode, this is one aspect that your soul has chosen to separate. So, when we think about the soul almost as like, let's use a pie chart, shall we, everybody? Let's let's go back to the analytical mind for a second here. So, if you have a pie chart and you have 100% of your soul, there is a slice of that pie that gets sent here in an incarnation for you to live and experience your soul lessons. At the same time, you have other pieces of that pie, other incarnations that are living concurrent lifetimes. Now, the reason why I can say concurrent lifetimes is there are truly lifetimes that exist at the same time. I am not going to go down that rabbit hole today because I don't fully understand it yet, but I know there's parallel lives as well, but I'm just gonna go with the basic assumption that we all know that time is not linear, time is um a fictional thing that's here in the physical world, right? And so, because there is no time and space across the spirit world, technically you are incarnating in all of your lifetimes at the same time, right? Um, there is no difference

The Pie Chart Of Incarnations

there. And so you have multiple slices of pie that are all coming to planet Earth, other planets, other universes, probably other galaxies that are all kind of spread out, learning lessons of the soul, because your soul has deemed your time here on planet Earth, value add your something here you're you need to do, you need to learn, you need to experience, you need to grow from. And so that is part of the journey here in this incarnation here in the physical world. I'm gonna ignore the fact that we just talked about parallel lives for a minute here. Yes, I'm so sorry. We're gonna we're gonna just breeze right over that one. And instead, I'm going to move into this idea of the soul. So the soul is essentially the part of you. It's not even a heart part, it's the wholeness of you that exists in the spirit world. It is the whole, whole pie. So the soul of you is the person, the being, there's not even a word for it, right? Because it's not even a person or being. It's almost like an energy, uh an energy form. And it's so interesting to say this because I am recording this and this video will be on YouTube. But the picture behind me, um, the painting that you may have seen on social media with the beautiful woman um with the wings and the orb in front of her third eye, the orb is actually how spirit shows themselves to me most typically. So when I'm doing a mediumship reading, I won't always get the 3D, what the person looks like. I will get the orb that is essentially like this condensed energy of the person. And this is what they look like to me in the spirit world. And so when I'm talking about what a soul looks like, I think it looks like these orbs. I think it looks like these energies, these balls of light that exist. That's right, I'm hearing spirit say that um that exist in the in the spirit world. And so your soul are like the conglomeration

of the all of the energies um that exist permanently in the spirit world and also all of the different incarnations that you have here in this physical 3D experience as well. So when you're thinking about the soul, it is the part of you that is closest to God, universe source, it is the part of you that surpasses time and space, is the part of you that has all of the knowledge, all of the wisdom across all of your different incarnations. It is the one that is permanently there in the spirit world, even though some of the pieces of the pie can be incarnated, incarnated here in the physical world. There will always be a part of your soul that exists in the spirit world. And this answers a couple of questions I've had recently about like, what if someone reincarnates? Doesn't matter because the soul is still there on the other side. And even as you tap in via mediumship, your soul will answer in the form of the incarnation that you are looking to get information from. Again, because your soul is all knowing. Your soul has all the knowledge, all the wisdom, all the experiences that you've had in any carnation. So if I go to tap into your departed mother, and your departed mother is now living her life as an indigenous woman in the Serengeti, and she's helping save the giraffes or whatever they do, right? I don't know. Um, you know, maybe this was in the 1930s. I don't know, because you can you can incarnate of different time frames at different right at any point. Um, and so if I go to tap into your mother, who is now reincarnated in the Serengeti, no problem because her soul is there, her soul is seeing that you want to reach out and have contact with her. And so her soul will come and have the conversation as if she is mom, because she is mom. There is no difference. Yep. Yep. So reincarnation does not hinder the ability for mediumship. I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna lay that on the line for everybody right now. So again, you have your incarnation and then you have your soul. And some people call the soul the oversoul. I don't know. I don't know about that term, and uh you can use it if you want, doesn't bother me, right? I don't like the term oversoul because I think it implies that there's multiple souls, and to me, it's they're different. Um, and again, I don't think there's words for all of this stuff. This is this is gonna be another podcast episode next, thanks to my incredible student Diane, studentslash friend. I all my students are friends, by the way. Like they're just I hate saying the word student because it implies a hierarchy, and I'm so not about that. Um, my incredible friend Diane um mentioned that there's not enough words for any of this stuff, and I completely agree with her. I completely agree with her. And so if you want to use the term oversoul, feel free. I prefer to just keep it simple and use the word soul because I think oversall soul sounds like dungeons and dragons to me. Like it feels like it's just like this. I don't know. I don't like it. So I'm not gonna be using that term, but you use whatever term works for you. Um, and then we get into this in-between space of the higher self. And what I used to believe about the higher self was that it is our highest and best version of us here in this 3D experience. So you can have me, Nicole, right? And I can exist across all different vibrations thanks to my own free will. I can decide that I want to be a victim and I can live an entire life in that vibration, thanks to my free will. I can uh live a life where I stay in corporate and I stay on that vibration, and that's my free will, right? And then I have a version of me that is in my highest and best timeline here in this 3D experience. And for a very, very, very long time, I believed that the higher self was the version of me that was my highest and best vibration of Nicole in this incarnation. That definition has changed for me, and the reason that has changed for me is because I had this mind-altering experience, meditation, whatever this was. I don't, I've the way that I saw things in in life and the connections

Meeting The Higher Self In Meditation

was so different in that meditation than I think I have ever seen ever. And what became very, very clear to me in this meditation, and I'm still like forming my thoughts and beliefs around this. Uh, and so it's really hard for me to even put words into this because I don't even know what to call this that I saw. But I truly believe that this is what people think about, or maybe they don't even know it exists. I don't know. My higher self, I I uh let me see if I can put these words in into my mouth and actually have my spirit team come in. This is the lesson that I need to learn, is what they're saying. I need to talk about this because this is what I meant to learn. Um, I want to talk about this because in this experience I had, I ended up meeting the highest version of myself across all of my human lifetimes. Like, can I just like, did you just get goosebumps? Like, can you feel the power that comes with that statement? That is the definition of the higher self, is what what spirit is kind of wanting me to move towards. And so when you think about the soul as this giant pie, and you think about all of the slices of the pie that have existed across time and space, me incarnating on planet Earth, there is a version of me that is a conglomerate of all of the different sections of pie. And there is a version of me that shares the wisdom across lifetimes, but is not necessarily the same as my soul. Because there's a version of me that lives here in the 3D experience. I see, I don't even know what I'm saying to you. Um, but you do know, you know what I'm saying. That like this is what this is how my mind works. I'm like, I understand it cognitively. I've felt the energy of her, I've met her, and it's fucking amazing. And my soul is something else. It's something else, it's a whole different experience. And the way that I experienced her, um, the conglomeration of all my incarnations on planet Earth. Maybe it's like my highest earth self. Maybe that's what I need to call her. My highest earth self. Um, she looked like a beautiful fucking grandmother, like this old woman with so much wisdom and so much knowledge. And she is so much more sensitive and she is so much more kind, and she is so much more personal than me connecting with my soul. Because my soul feels so different than this woman. My soul is like me. It's how do I describe it? My soul is fun and loving and just like playful and very masculine energy, right? I can I'm convinced I've had way more lives as a man than a woman. Um, very driven, very um, very passionate about helping people, very family, right? And so there's a part of so I understand the definition and I've met my soul, but then I've also met this wise woman that represents all of the incarnations here on planet Earth. And to me, they are different energies because my soul is like, you're you gotta go. You gotta learn the lesson of trust, you gotta go let learn the lesson of belief. You have to go learn the lesson that you can take these structures down and teach other women, other people to do the same. And so they, my soul chooses the hardest path possible for me, knowing that I'm gonna learn the most amount of time most in such a short time, not really worrying ding that it's going to be a difficult lifetime because looking at this is why I think that my soul is more masculine, because like looking at the history of all my lifetimes, like no matter what, I have figured out how to persevere and I have been okay, and like brushing away the um the emotions, brushing away the experiences, because it's all the matrix anyway. What does it matter? Right. So, this is like how my soul looks at my incarnations. And it's almost, dare I say, like my soul doesn't give a shit about what my human experience is going to be. It's only after the lessons. I'm hearing them say that's not completely true. They just, my soul forgets what it's like to live here because my soul exists

Soul Versus Highest Human Self

in a place where it's unconditional love, unconditional patience. My soul cannot like fathom the pain, even though it knows the experiences, it doesn't have the physical experience of the pain that I have here in this physical world. It likes to forget. It's like childbirth. We like to forget the pain. Okay. So my soul breezes over and realizes that the pain is part of the process, but my soul has already prioritized the lesson over the pain. My human, my highest human self, this like beautiful old woman, is like bullshit with my soul. Okay. My highest human self is the exact opposite of my soul. Because my highest human self knows and feels all of the pain that has existed across all of my lifetimes. It knows that there's lessons to be learned, but it won't sacrifice my entire free will journey for what the soul wants, because part of my highest human self is wanting to be here and experience the joy and the magic that is planet Earth. It's wanting to pause and smell the roses. It's wanting to experience what the feeling and sound of water is, right? It's wanting to go and appreciate and almost like create my own experience here in this 3D world that allows me to remember the magic that exists here in this physical realm. She is patient, she's endlessly loving. She is very protective over me in my incarnation, and she almost acts as the gatekeeper against my soul that says, you know, you're fucking pushing her too hard. Give her a break. And I've met her. And I work with her. She is me. She is very different than my soul. And I think the most mind-blowing thing that I learned from her, and again, I'm still I'm still figuring this all out. I know what I know, and I sure as hell don't know some of the things that I really want to know about her. Um, and I'm kind of like struggling in my head because it's so much different than a guide, because she's me. She's me. When she wants me to know something, it's like osmosis, I just absorb it. Right. Um, when I need help and I'm like, I'm not sure how to move through this, she's like, this is how you do it. She's like, and it's tailored to my energy. I don't know. And so, like, I could not tell you the difference between like her and a guy besides the fact it's like she is my guide and my highest human self. That is always there for me to access, tap into, et cetera. And she is her own unique vibration. And so when I talk about her as my highest human self, this is the thing that blew my mind the most. And I'm still wrapping my head around this because when I tap into her, I tap into the knowledge and wisdom across every lifetime, across every lesson, across every path that I have ever taken. And it is all a perfect frequency match for me because she is me. And so there is information, vibrations, lessons, kind of just like secrets, things that I don't want everybody to know. And I don't want everyone to have that exposure to me and that vulnerability to me. Like she is her own, like super secret, hidden vibration that exists in the spirit world that has a front of a certain um. Like the way that I see her is she's

The Hidden Self And Akashic Records

in a cave and the front of the cave is fan is uh camouflaged. No one else can see this cave. So there is a unique vibrational set to this woman. And if you don't have the key, you won't even know she exists.

Because if you try, like, can't go ahead, try. I know, I know my students are listening to this, right? I know my friends are listening to this. I know people that are tapped into this. I have given you the feeling of her because you're feeling that energy from me psychically. Go ahead, try to tap into her. She does not give you permission, she is just for me. You can't you can't tap into her. You can't tap into her. It's not possible. She is my own secret part of the spirit world that no one else is allowed to have access to. Can't find it, can you? If you can find it, let me know. I don't like, ooh, um, let me know. But like, let me know if you're trying to tap in and you're like, where the fuck is this? I can't tap in.

She does not want to be known by everybody. And so it's really, really interesting because when you think and you when I had this experience of meeting her and feeling the depth and the wisdom and the knowledge and the expansiveness and like the unlimited information that she had. And then literally, my team showed me the Akashic Records. They were different. They were different. And this is something my again, my classes, my students have heard me say a couple of times that the Akashic Records has a lot of information in there, does not have everything. I keep telling people it's the book of your soul. It is not, it is the public record of your soul. It is what your soul is okay with other people knowing. The relationships, the plans, the contracts, the things that are like on public record and public display, because it's not just about you, it's about, you know, you in this place and the relationships with people and the decisions and plans you need to make with other people. Like the Akashic Records is the universal web that connects us all and explains the connections between us all. And as you think about this, if you do Akashic Records readings, do you not pick up on the web every time you tap in there? Do you not? And I'm just gonna give a few examples here because every time I go into the records and I'm like, give me the source of this, it's because of a relationship with somebody, it's because of a collective event that happened, right? And I'm going back to something, but I'm never ever in isolation typically. It is usually I'm learning something because of the web of things that have influenced and changed me, or I have changed it. And it's about again the web that exists as the public record of the collective experience. And there's multi- oh fucking Christ. And as I'm talking about this, you're gonna tap into different levels, but the let the layer of the individual without any web or intersection, it like it doesn't either it doesn't exist or it is tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny. And it's just like the um, you know, like obituary. Level the basics of what you would put in there. But as you as you go up, they're showing me as there's because there's levels in the Akashic Records, because you can tap into like two people at a time, you can tap into a family, you can tap into um an ancestry, you can tap into a town, you can tap into a state, you can tap into a country, you can tap into a time period. So, like when we're talking about the Akashic Records, there's all these different levels that you can tap into. And the and the higher and higher and higher you go, it is a it is a combination of all of the detailed levels below it, but they get like thicker if you think of them as books, like each of these layers, like you start really thin and you go up to a massive fucking super thick book because it has to have all of the different connection points across everything. It is the master plan, I just heard them say. So Gaia, Mother Earth, has a master plan. And that master plan will tie to the regions, the time frames, the fan, the the people, the individual soul contracts, because it all happens kind of together in a conglomeration. It's probably not the best word, but that's the word that's coming to mind right now. And isn't that fucking interesting? The Akashic Records is the public records of the web of connections across the physical experience, Earth or non-Earth, either way. And yet there's a version, a secret fucking place where your highest self, the version of you across all the incarnations, exists for ultimate wisdom, knowledge, skill set building. And she or he, if if you are a male and or prefer to think of this person as a male, doesn't matter. Again, without gender, but this presents as a she to me, is there ready to help. But you can see why this answer is so complex to me. And obviously, this is something I needed to share with all of you. And I'm coming to terms with the fact that there are aspects of the spirit world. Of course there are, of course there is, that we have not discovered yet. And not everything exists in this clean framework of the modalities that have come before, because there are modalities that are coming beyond what we can even think is possible. And this is like where my team is setting me up for such success because I am ready to be on the cutting edge. I am ready to learn, I am ready to grow, I am ready to learn the art of what is possible here in this 3D experience. And they just keep showing me more and more and more about where this metaphysical work is going. And like, we are going to leave behind.

Where Metaphysics Is Headed Next

And when I say we're gonna leave them behind, I think they will always be value add. But the way, oh my God, it's so funny the way Spirit is showing it to me. Because, like, I okay, I think religion serves a purpose, but for those of us that have evolved maybe out of religion into into this more sovereign, this more direct contact with God's source, the universe, um, the spirit world, and established our own connections with the spirit world, does religion feel stale to you? Does it feel like it's like dusty and old and like definitely at the time very important? And I think for some people, very important in terms of their own connection and relationship to God and their own faith. And I think there's 100% value in that. But those of us that have evolved past it, doesn't it feel dusty and stale? Doesn't it feel like you're looking at it and you're like, there's so much more potential, there's so much more to learn. And you want everybody to learn it and have the potential in it, but they prefer to stay small and in their box because this is just what they know. And maybe, maybe it's not part of their soul journey to know more, and that's fine too. So there's no judgment on that. But for those of us that are out of it, you know, that's how it feels. And as we move forward into the future, that is how the current modalities of metaphysical worlds will feel. They will feel dusty and old. Terror readings. Oh, look at all my decks. It's a it's a treasure. It's gonna just be like, oh my gosh, the TY dolls. Like they're worth so much to me. And in the future, they're gonna be at the Brimfield flea market for two bucks a pop, right? They're gonna be dusty and old because it's it's not necessarily bad, but it's the way that we're going to be exposed to something that is so much bigger and greater and more um more sovereign, more like if you think of, oh, this is what they're showing me. They're like, we think about like soul contracts as this stagnant thing that we can go and research and learn. And then we have to like follow this plan as it's written. But the difference is in the future, you're gonna be writing the soul contracts while you're living the life. Like it's not gonna be like here, there versus here. It's all gonna be one place. And you're gonna be able to like write your path and know what are all these things coming down the pipeline. Where we can't and don't actively choose to walk down bad paths while we're here in this physical world. We're kind of blindsided by them. In the future, you're gonna walk into them knowing it's gonna be bad, and you're gonna be walking into them knowing how you're gonna make it through it, and you're still gonna learn the lesson, even though you're fully transparent on what's gonna happen. Like you're bringing oh fuck. There it is. Fucking hell, Jesus Christ. Sorry, they just we are bringing our soul here into the physical world. I mean, that's what's happening. You are not gonna know the difference between like you and your soul. You will be the same. That is where the future of this is going in about a hundred years, they're telling me. For the majority of people in a hundred years. For those of us that are early adopters, gonna be way before that. There is gonna be no difference.

Was that just the most egotistical thing I've ever said? Like for real. And I wow, wow. So that is where this is going. And it's like, so when I say your soul and I talk about like your incarnation, I'm gonna go with your highest human salsa, we talked about, and your soul, all three will come into one in this physical experience for people who are willing and ready to do so, like literally in this lifetime. This is this is what apparently I'm gonna be helping people teach is how to bring all these things together so that you have unlimited access for everything in your life. How about them apples? I just heard them say, Okay, prove it, spirit. I'm ready for this. Um, isn't that a trip? Jesus Christ. He's the man, by the way. If you don't work with Jesus Christ, I know I just taught, I just kind of shat on religion a little bit. Yes, I use the past sense of shit. It just shat on religion a little bit, and then in the same breath, I'm like, Jesus Christ is fucking cool. He's my homeboy, he's big brother energy, he's like your cousin. It gets into unlimited trouble, everybody. Like, he is so much fun. He is so funny. I can't even with him. I can't, like, he is not at all what the scriptures would tell you he is. Like, he is funny, which is hilarious. Little tiny sidebar here, just for a moment to hopefully make you laugh. My cousin, um, he does a lot of videos. He's he's done a lot of videos. Um, he he, I don't even know what what his title is, but he works in the video space. He does um, he's been a newscaster, he he does videos for big concerts. Like he just he loves media in general. When he was in college, he did Jesus Christ the college years. He made a whole movie about Jesus Christ the college years. It it continues to be the funniest video of my entire life because they showed him at a kegger.

Jesus Sidebar And Final Questions

Am I gonna lose people for this one too? I think you're gonna laugh because it wasn't me, it was my cousin. Uh, they showed him at a kegger doing keg stands, and then they run out of beer, and so he just goes over to the faucet and like blesses it and turns water into wine. And everyone at the kegger celebrates. It was so funny. So that like when I think about Jesus energy, it's kind of funny like that. Like he's funny. Um, so yeah, so definitely sidebar there. Uh, we took a trip down little memory lane for you, and now you know about Jesus the college years, and you can chuckle at that one. Um, because he's he was gone for a long period of time, right? He's not in the book for a while. So my cousin filled in the gaps. I gotta find that video. You should see if it's around. Um, so yeah, Christina, really long answer for what I think the difference is between the incarnation, the highest self, and the soul. And it was probably not anything what anyone expected this answer to be. And uh, welcome to my life because that's who I am. How did it had this land for you? Were you did does it make sense? Have you experienced this for this form of the highest? Uh, it's not even human because I think it's incarnated, but I'm gonna go with human right now, the highest human self. Were you able to tap into mine? Like, give me the deeds. I want to know. I want to know.
